In these Terms & Conditions, the following capitalized terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the spinplus website, creating a spinplus Account, or using any Service provided through the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific game categories or promotions.
If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the spinplus platform after any amendment to these Terms (see Section 16) constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The spinplus platform is strictly available only to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:
4.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one spinplus Account. Opening or operating multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances held therein.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your spinplus Account, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
4.3 Account Credentials. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spinplus login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. spinplus will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 KYC Verification. spinplus is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all Account holders before processing withdrawals. You must submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document as part of the KYC process. Accepted documents include but are not limited to: PhilSys National ID, LTO Driver's License, DFA Passport, SSS/GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, and PRC ID. Refusal to complete KYC will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until compliance is achieved.
4.5 Account Termination by User. You may close your spinplus Account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Closure requests will be processed within a reasonable period, and any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to your registered payment method subject to pending KYC requirements and applicable verification procedures.
5.1 Accepted Methods. spinplus accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and cryptocurrency. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) or converted to PHP at the rate applicable at the time of transaction.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction, per day, or per calendar month and will be displayed at the time of deposit.
5.3 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. spinplus reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.
5.4 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya deposits credit to your spinplus Balance instantly in standard cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to credit. spinplus is not liable for delays caused by payment processors or banking infrastructure.
5.5 No Deposit Reversal. Once a deposit has been credited to your spinplus Balance and wagered, it cannot be reversed. If a deposit was made in error, contact spinplus support prior to wagering any portion of the deposit.
6.1 KYC Prerequisite. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until the Account holder has completed KYC identity verification in accordance with Section 4.4.
6.2 Processing Times. GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–30 minutes of submission during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours. Large withdrawals or those requiring additional verification may take longer. spinplus will notify you of any delay.
6.3 Withdrawal to Registered Method. Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method and account used for deposits where possible. spinplus reserves the right to require withdrawal to the original deposit source as an anti-money laundering control.
6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Credits. Bonus Credits are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from Bonus Credits that have satisfied applicable wagering requirements are withdrawable as real-money funds.
6.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100 per transaction. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day, or per month may apply and will be communicated to the User upon request or at the time of withdrawal.
7.1 General. spinplus may offer Bonus Credits, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to the general terms in this Section and any specific terms communicated alongside each promotion.
7.2 Opt-In Requirement. spinplus does not automatically enroll Players in promotional offers. You must affirmatively elect to accept a promotion before the Bonus Credit is applied to your Account. Read all applicable terms before opting in.
7.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Credits are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from those credits may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and expiry periods are disclosed for each promotion. spinplus will not process a withdrawal from winnings generated by Bonus Credits until applicable wagering obligations have been fulfilled.
7.4 One Bonus Per Promotion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per Player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim promotions multiple times using different Accounts are prohibited.
7.5 Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions. spinplus reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. For Players who have already opted in to an active promotion, the terms applicable at the time of opt-in will be honored unless fraud or abuse is identified.
8.1 Certified Game Providers. All games available on spinplus are supplied by licensed and certified game providers holding independent Random Number Generator (RNG) certification from internationally accredited testing laboratories. Game outcomes are mathematically random and verifiably independent.
8.2 Game-Specific Rules. Each game has its own rules, return-to-player (RTP) percentages, and payable outcomes displayed within the game interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable rules before wagering real money.
8.3 Technical Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communication failure that affects a game in progress, spinplus reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Balance. spinplus is not liable for losses caused by malfunction beyond the value of the original wager placed.
8.4 Displayed Results. The result recorded on spinplus servers shall be the official result for all disputes. In the event of discrepancy between the result displayed on a Player's device and the result recorded on the spinplus server, the server record shall prevail.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the spinplus platform:
10.1 spinplus Right to Suspend. spinplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time with or without prior notice where spinplus has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the Account is being used in violation of these Terms; (b) the Account holder is ineligible to use the Platform; (c) the security or integrity of the Account has been compromised; or (d) spinplus is required to do so by law or regulatory directive.
10.2 Balance During Suspension. Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, the Account Balance will be frozen until the investigation is completed. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the Balance will be released and the Account restored. Where a breach is confirmed, spinplus may withhold all or part of the Balance in proportion to damages suffered.
10.3 Appeal Process. Players who believe their Account has been incorrectly suspended may submit a formal appeal by contacting spinplus support with supporting documentation. Appeals will be reviewed within a reasonable timeframe consistent with PAGCOR dispute resolution guidelines.

All intellectual property rights in the spinplus platform — including but not limited to the spinplus brand name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, text content, graphics, and promotional materials — are owned by or licensed to the Operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any spinplus intellectual property.
Game titles, artwork, and associated intellectual property visible within the spinplus game lobby remain the property of the respective game providers and are used by spinplus under license. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use of any spinplus or provider intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may be subject to civil and criminal liability.
13.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, spinplus shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
13.2 spinplus's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player and held in their Account Balance at the time the claim arises, or such greater amount as required by applicable PAGCOR regulations.
13.3 spinplus does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may occasionally cause Platform unavailability. spinplus will provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
14.1 Initial Contact. Any dispute or complaint regarding the spinplus platform should first be directed to the spinplus 24/7 support team. Players should provide their Account details and a full written description of the issue. spinplus will acknowledge the complaint and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe.
14.2 Escalation to PAGCOR. If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with spinplus support, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its published regulatory complaint channels, consistent with spinplus's obligations under its PAGCOR license.
14.3 Game Result Disputes. Disputes regarding specific game outcomes must be submitted within seven (7) days of the relevant game round. Disputes submitted after this period may not be investigated. The spinplus server record shall be the definitive reference for all game result disputes.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

spinplus reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, spinplus will provide notice to registered Account holders via the contact information on file (typically via SMS to the registered Philippine mobile number) at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, where practicable.
The most current version of these Terms will always be available at spinplus.vu/terms-conditions with the effective date displayed prominently. Continued use of the spinplus platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.
