Defined Retention & Secure Deletion

spinplus does not retain your personal data longer than legally required or operationally necessary. Retention periods for each data category are clearly defined in Section 7. When retention periods expire, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymized — not simply archived.

72-Hour Breach Notification

In the event of a security incident affecting your personal data, spinplus commits to notifying the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours and notifying affected players within a reasonable subsequent timeframe — consistent with NPC Circular No. 16-03 and our commitment to transparency.
